I have spent the past 19 years working on environmental issues, with a strong commitment to promoting sustainable change in southern Chile. My path has taken me through the public, private, and academic sectors, always with the same purpose: to build solutions that balance people, productivity, and the environment.
I studied Agricultural Sciences at Universidad Austral de Chile and later earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Along the way, I have led and supported initiatives that foster sustainability and efficiency, such as coordinating the first Clean Production Agreement in the dairy sector in Los Ríos.
I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as secretary and later chair of the Los Ríos Regional Environmental Advisory Council (2016–2019), and in 2020 I lived in Hamburg, Germany, for a sustainability internship focused on recycling and circular practices—an experience that also strengthened my love for languages and cultural exchange.
Since 2022, I have been teaching at the university level in the Araucanía region, and in 2024 I was honored to be recognized as an outstanding educator by Universidad de la Frontera.
What drives me today is contributing to a just climate transition—one that combines technical knowledge, ethics, and collaboration to make real and lasting transformations. I believe in the power of working together, learning from each other, and facing the challenges of our time with both responsibility and hope.
This website is also a personal blog, where I share reflections and contribute to the global dialogue on climate change and socio-environmental conflicts. It is a space to connect, exchange ideas, and inspire collective action toward a more sustainable future.
